The MELT Method® is a gentle, hands-off self-care practice that supports your body’s natural ability to release tension, reduce pain, and restore balance.
Stress, repetitive movement, and injury can cause connective tissue (fascia) to become stiff and dehydrated over time. MELT uses slow, mindful techniques to help rehydrate tissues, calm the nervous system, and improve ease of movement—without force or deep pressure.
This weekly class is ideal if you’re looking for a low-intensity alternative or complement to hands-on Myofascial Release, or if you want supportive tools to care for your body between sessions.
Consistent self-care helps your body recover more efficiently, adapt to daily stress, and maintain comfort over time. Many clients find regular MELT practice supports long-term relief, improved mobility, and a greater sense of ease in their body.
