Private MELT Method® Sessions

Restore Balance. Rehydrate Tissue. Build Resilience.

Private MELT Method® sessions are one-on-one, hands-off sessions designed to help your body restore balance, improve stability, and reduce pain through gentle, guided self-care.


The MELT Method® works by addressing the effects of stress, aging, repetitive movement, and injury on the connective tissue system. When connective tissue becomes dehydrated and stiff, the body may lose efficiency, coordination, and ease of movement—often contributing to chronic pain, tension, and fatigue.


Through slow, intentional techniques, MELT helps rehydrate connective tissue, improve joint support, and create a greater sense of ease and stability throughout the body.

What Is a Private MELT Session?

A private MELT session is a personalized self-care session focused on restoring your body’s natural balance and resilience. Rather than receiving hands-on pressure, you are guided in gentle techniques that help improve how your body organizes itself from the inside out.


Each session is customized based on how your body responds that day and is informed by my background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in Myofascial Release.

What We Use

  • MELT Method® soft foam roller
     
  • MELT soft balls for hands and feet
     
  • Gentle, precise self-treatment sequences
     

These tools are designed to be supportive—not aggressive—and help the body feel more stable, connected, and coordinated.

No prior MELT experience is needed.

Session Details

📍 San Francisco or Pacifica locations
⏱ 60-minute private session

  • Private MELT Session (no tools): $140
    60-minute individualized, hands-off MELT Method® session.
     
  • Intro Private MELT Session + Home Care Kit: $200
    Includes a 60-minute private session plus a complete MELT Method® home-care kit (soft roller, soft & hard balls, and bunion band).
    ($250 value — save $50)


MELT Method® tools are available for purchase to support continued self-care at home.


Private sessions are available by inquiry.

If you’d like to experience the MELT Method® in a gentle group class, I also teach a weekly MELT Method® Foam Roll Release class at UPPilates Burlingame.


This class offers a supportive, low-intensity environment and is a great way to explore MELT before committing to private sessions—or to maintain your practice alongside them.
