
Private MELT Method® sessions are one-on-one, hands-off sessions designed to help your body restore balance, improve stability, and reduce pain through gentle, guided self-care.
The MELT Method® works by addressing the effects of stress, aging, repetitive movement, and injury on the connective tissue system. When connective tissue becomes dehydrated and stiff, the body may lose efficiency, coordination, and ease of movement—often contributing to chronic pain, tension, and fatigue.
Through slow, intentional techniques, MELT helps rehydrate connective tissue, improve joint support, and create a greater sense of ease and stability throughout the body.
A private MELT session is a personalized self-care session focused on restoring your body’s natural balance and resilience. Rather than receiving hands-on pressure, you are guided in gentle techniques that help improve how your body organizes itself from the inside out.
Each session is customized based on how your body responds that day and is informed by my background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in Myofascial Release.
