We practice the John F. Barnes' MFR approach to address not only the physical aspects of injury and rehabilitation but also the emotional and mental components. We believe that a positive attitude and a supportive environment are key to achieving success.
At Ocean Myofascial Release, we believe that physical therapy is not just about using exercise to treat injuries, but about empowering our clients to take control of their own health and well-being by bringing awareness in their body with the John F. Barnes' MFR approach.
Our therapist has years of experience in treating a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain to post-surgical rehabilitation. We stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques to provide the best possible care to our clients.
