Led by Dr. Jessica Padilla, PT, DPT—a licensed physical therapist and Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor—these one-on-one sessions combine targeted Myofascial Release (MFR) with therapeutic Pilates to help you move with greater freedom, stability, and ease.


Whether you're recovering from injury, living with chronic pain, or looking to improve posture and alignment, this integrative approach addresses the root causes of dysfunction—bringing together hands-on therapy, mindful movement, and self-care tools for lasting change.

What to Expect in a Session


Your personalized 60-minute session may include:

Session Rates

  • Initial Evaluation (60 min): $200
     
  • Follow-Up Session (60 min): $180
     
  • 5-Session Package: $850  (save $50)
     
  • 10-Session Package: $1,600  (save $200)
     

✨ Superbills available for out-of-network insurance reimbursement (PT services). HSA/FSA cards accepted.
